Manchester City on Thursday night, confirmed that manager Pep Guardiola has signed a contract extension with the Premier League.
The champions revealed this in an official statement on their website.
This means Guardiola would have spent more than one decade as City manager by the end of this new deal.
Guardiola has so far won 18 major trophies, including six Premier League titles and one UEFA Champions League.
City Chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak, said "Like every City fan, I am delighted that Pep's journey with Manchester City will continue allowing his dedication, passion and innovative thinking to continue to shape the landscape of the game.
