Chelsea midfielder Joao Felix has told manager Enzo Maresca that he will perform best in a central attacking position.
Felix signed for the Blues in a permanent deal for 45 million from Atletico Madrid in the summer.
However, the 25-year-old has found it hard to break into Marescas starting XI.
So far this season, Felix has made only two appearances as a substitute in the Premier League.
But the Portuguese has scored four goals in three Conference League matches and started both matches in the Carabao Cup.
