Epl: Haaland Becomes Highest-paid Player In The World With New Man City Contract

Erling Haalands new Manchester City deal sees him become the highest-paid footballer in the world.

On Friday, the Premier League champions announced that Haaland has put pen to paper on a nine-and-a-half-year deal.

According to Mail Sport, it is the most lucrative handed to a player in the history of football.

The contract falls short of netting Haaland 1million a week.

In 2022, it was revealed that the 24-year-old was on a total package of wages and bonuses that totalled close to 865,000 weekly, following his 51m move from Borussia Dortmund.
