Epl: Arsenal Suffer Fresh Major Injury Blow

Arsenal have suffered a fresh injury blow ahead of their Premier League clash with Everton this weekend.

The Premier west North London club confirmed in a statement via their website on Thursday that defender Gabriel Magalhaes has sustained a hamstring injury.

Recall that the Brazilian international picked up the injury during Arsenals Premier League 2-1 win against Fulham in mid-week.

Gabriel was replaced by Jakub Kiwior in the first half of the encounter at Emirates Stadium.

Providing an update on Gabriel, Arsenal said the defender will undergo a surgical repair procedure to his hamstring in the coming days.
