Epl: Amorin Explains Why Man Utd Lost 2-0 To Wolves

Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has said that their game against Wolves became harder after Bruno Fernandes red card.

Fernandes picked up his second booking a minute after the restart, resulting in a red card.

It is the Portugal midfielders third sending-off this season.

Amorim said: Of course, when we lose, when we dont win, its a step back. It was really hard with the sending off. The goal was similar to the one against Tottenham. Then, we tried. Even with one less player, we tried, and I think we were close to something, but then Wolves scored the second goal. Then, in the end, we tried everything, and the transition made it 2-0.

The result leaves United in 14th place after 18 matches.
