Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Secretary-General Marshall Dlamini says the party will use its 11th anniversary commemoration to take stock of its performance in the May 29 polls .
Dlamini spoke to SABC News on the sidelines of the partys celebrations taking place in Kimberley in the Northern Cape today.
He said that the partys showing in KwaZulu-Natal was disappointing.
Yesterday was the actual birthday of this 26 July movement. So today were here and were expecting our fighters, supporters and members to come here, he said.
Dlamini added: Its been a journey with its ups and downs. In the May 29 elections, there were areas that we were not happy with, especially our performance in KZN. There was a drop. But thats what happens when youre an organisation. You get tested. Youll never have a history that is just smooth running.
