This years Aircraft Aviation Show in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal drew hundreds of people from in and around Durban.
The show lined up of South Africas best aviation pilots. Young and old described the show as a platform for bringing together different racial groups.
Pilots had to use and apply their skills to entertain the spectators.
The organiser of the show, Brendan Horan, says not only is the event a form of entertainment but also inspires the youth to pursue careers as pilots.
Absolutely, this is not just entertainment, but kind of like sports compassion for young aviators. Yesterday we held an event for about 500 scholars where we introduced them to aviation. So that was very positive where they got to see it and talk to pilots and also talk to the Air Force, which is a huge kind of platform and an initial start for people in aviation.
