Luxury Johannesburg boutique hotel, 10 2nd Avenue in Houghton Estate, will fall under the management of Dream Hotels Resorts from October 1.

While the property will continue to operate in its current form until February, guests can expect subtle improvements and personalised touches during this time.
From Q2 2025 onwards, efforts to enhance the guest experience will begin. Our changes will include a comprehensive rebrand together with improved levels of luxury and innovation, Snyman added.
