Dr Ndlozis Resignation As Mp Doesnt Come As A Shock: Analyst

Political Analyst Sanusha Naidu says the resignation of EFFs Dr Mbuyiseni Ndlozi from Parliament doesnt come as a shock.

The Economic Freedom Fighters EFF has confirmed his resignation from Parliament. However, he remains a party member.

Ndlozi skipped the partys third elective congress held in December last year.

Naidu says Ndlozis influence in politics still remains.

If you follow what happened last year after the elections where you kind of got the sense that everything wasnt right in the EFF camp, there were questions around the relationship between the top executives. Dr Ndlozi is a very intelligent man, hes got a very good handle of how Parliament and parliamentary affairs are applied. Even if he does become that person that remains an ordinary member, the question would be how would that structure itself, says Naidu.
