Dozens Of Kidnapped Teenagers, Young Adults Found In Lombardy

Dozens of teenagers and young adults that were allegedly kidnapped for human trafficking have been taken to Sandringham Police Station for processing. They are believed to have escaped from a house that they were being held captive in at Lombardy East in Johannesburg.

The victims are believed to be Ethiopian and Somalian nationals.

Eyewitnesses told the SABC News that they heard screams and saw people running towards Riverpark.

It is understood after being processed they will be taken to a place of safety.
