Speaking at the Dome launch at the FNB Stadium in Nasrec on Monday evening, the minister issued a clear warning, as stated by The Citizen he said: Some of you are buying tickets. Its a scam. Beyonc is coming, but not now. Dont buy tickets for Beyonc.
