Portsmouth FC have completed the signing of Abdoulaye Kamara from German giants Borussia Dortmund for an undisclosed fee.
The Guinean central midfielder has put pen to paper on a four-year deal at the English Football League (EFL) Championship club.
Portsmouth manager John Mousinho described Kamara as a powerful and combative midfielder who can handle the ball well.
Hes an extremely promising young player who arrives with plenty of pedigree, having been at Dortmund and PSG before that, Mousinho said .
