Police officers surrounded an apartment complex early Sunday morning in Opa-locka.
The crime scene tape blocked the entrance to the complex at Northwest 139 Street near 22 Avenue. Miami-Dade fire rescue personnel also responded to the Cordoba Courts apartment complex at 13875 NW 22 Ave .
Police officers detained two people, and there was a report of a victim shot, but a police spokesperson had yet to confirm it. Local 10 News has pending requests for information with both Opa-locka and Miami-Dade.
