Dee Koala And Youngsta Cpt To Headline Cape Town's First Nba Weekend

The first-ever NBA Weekend in South Africa is set to take place on 14 and 15 December 2024 at the Hamiltons Rugby Club in Green Point, Cape Town.

The fun-filled weekend will feature action-packed basketball games, live entertainment as well as an incredible line-up of South African artists, including two of Cape Towns finest local artists Youngsta CPT and Dee Koala,

In addition, South African Music Artists Kash CPT and Tembipowers have been named Team Captains for the Celebrity Basketball Game on 15 December.

The two-day event will also feature performances by DJ Ready D, Shylean Shelly, Surreal Sessions, DJ Loyd and Sir Vincent. The performances will take place from 10am to 6pm on both days.

NBA2K gaming, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament and junior NBA clinics for 50 boys and girls from the local basketball community, will also be available to attendees.
