Danny Jordaan, Two Co-accused Back In Court
South African Football Association SAFA president, Danny Jordaan and his two co-accused, are back in the Special Commercial Crimes Court at Palm Ridge in Johannesburg on Thursday morning.
Jordaan, SAFA Chief Financial Officer, Gronie Hluyo, and businessman Trevor Neethling, were arrested last month and charged with fraud and theft amounting to R1.3 million.
Its alleged Jordaan used SAFA funds for personal gain, including the hiring of private security for personal protection and a communications firm to manage his image.
This after rape allegations by former African National Congress ANC MP, Jennifer Ferguson, surfaced.
The trio are out on R20 000 bail each.
