The French ProD2 club on Monday confirmed they have signed Bosch until 2026.

Boach, 26, started the season as the Sharks' first-choice flyhalf but he eventually lost his place to the in-form Siya Masuku.

The Sharks recently also announced that Jordan Hendrikse would join them from the Lions in July, which likely played a part in Bosch leaving Durban.

Pierre-Henry Broncan, sports manager of CA Brive, welcomed Bosch's signing: 'I am very happy with the arrival of Curwin Bosch.

'He is a player who has a wide technical range with high quality footwork. He knows the high level perfectly and I am convinced that he will bring a lot to the team as well as to our young talents in training.'

Bosch joined the Sharks straight out of high school in 2016, having starred for Grey High and Eastern Province at the Craven Week.

He played three Tests for the Springboks in 2017 and made over a century of appearances for the Sharks.
