Cunard has announced that Michelin-star chef Michel Roux will be coming on board to treat passengers to culinary cruises in Norway.
The cruises, between April and August 2025, will be on the Queen Mary 2 and the Queen Ann . Guests on the Queen Mary 2 sailing the Norwegian Fjords from April 6 will have the chance to experience a five-course tasting menu.
Roux will create his signature seafood specialities on the Queen Ann sailing from May 11. Finally, Roux will return to the Queen Mary 2 to take over the ships Verandah venue.
Reservations to taste Rouxs culinary creations are at an additional charge. The venue take-overs cater for up to 60 diners.
Passengers can witness live cooking demonstrations and listen to stories about Rouxs career. Book signing opportunities will also be scheduled.
