Concourt Dismisses Judge Motatas Bid To Challenge Impeachment
The Constitutional Court has dismissed impeached Judge Nkola Motatas bid to challenge his removal from office.
In its order, the apex court concluded that no case had been made for direct access.
Motata was removed from office following the National Assembly vote in February last year.
Members of Parliament voted in favour of his removal from judicial office.
Motata was found guilty of drunk driving in 2009.
