The City of Cape Towns Water and Sanitation Directorate has announced that they will be performing maintenance in the identified areas from 7 to 10 September, which will result in water supply disruptions, Cape {town} Etc reports.
Residents in the affected areas are encouraged to take note of the work that will take place and prepare accordingly, as stated in a press release from the City .
Maintenance work will include pipe and valve installations, repairs and replacements and residents are advised to store enough water in advance, as a precautionary measure.
