Cholota's Pre-trial Hearing Postponed To 2025

The Free State High Court in Bloemfontein has once again postponed the pre-trial hearing of Moroadi Cholota to February 7, 2025.

Cholota was the personal assistant of former Free State Premier Ace Magashule.

She is among 18 accused in the R255-million asbestos scandal, including Magashule.

The former personal assistant facing charges of fraud, corruption, and money laundering and currently out on R2 500 bail.

Judge Celeste Reinders postponed the matter for further pre-trial procedures.
