The pre-trial hearing of former Free State Premier Ace Magashules personal assistant, Moroadi Cholota, has been postponed to December 4.
Cholota made a brief appearance before the High Court in Bloemfontein where her defence requested outstanding documents from the state, in order to prepare for trial.
She is among 18 accused in the R255 million asbestos roof removal project scandal.
Cholota is facing charges of fraud, corruption and money laundering.
