Cholota Asbestos Pre-trial To Be Heard In Free State High Court

The Pre-trial hearing of former Personal Assistant of the then Free State Premier Ace Magashule will be heard in the Free State High Court today.

Moroadi Cholota and 17 co-accused including Magashule and businessman Edwin Sodi are facing fraud and corruption charges relating to the 2014 asbestos roof removal project.

Earlier this year, Cholota told the High Court that she would appeal the courts decision, which dismissed her application to have her arrest and extradition from the USA declared unlawful and unconstitutional.
