In the second half, Raphinha pulled one back for Barca, before Ronald Araujos own goal restored Benficas two-goal lead.
From then on, it was the Catalans who took control of the match and eventually won it.
Eric Garcia pulled Barcelona level with a powerful winner, before Raphinha grabbed the winner on the break with the last kick of the game.
