Famous Canadian singer, Celine Dion, Friday, performed at the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
This was Celines first live performance in 4 years, following her battle with stiff person syndrome, SPS, a rare neurological disorder.
At the ceremony, she delivered a performance of Edith Piaf's 1950 song 'Hymne ać l'amour' to close the ceremony at the Eiffel Tower.
DAILY POST reports that the 56-year-old singer charged $2 million for the 2024 Olympics performance .
This was Dion's second performance at the Olympic Games, having performed 'The Power of the Dream' in 1996 in Atlanta.
