The Cape Town High Court case of alleged underworld gang bosses Jerome Booysen, Andre Naude and others is set to resume today.
The matter had to be postponed yesterday after an accused needed medical care for epilepsy.
The case will resume without alleged kingpin, Mark Lifman , who was gunned down in George about two weeks ago.
They are charged with the murder of steroid smuggler, Brian Wainstein, in Constantia in 2017 and a slew of other charges, including extortion.
Lifman is the fourth accused in the Wainstein murder trial to have been gunned down.
