Manchester United legend Gary Neville has hit out at Arsenal's forwards, insisting that they are not good enough. Neville spoke after Newcastle United eliminated Arsenal from the Carabao Cup semi-final on Wednesday.
Newcastle defeated Arsenal 2-0 in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final at St. James Park.
Goals from Jacob Murphy and Anthony Gordon secured the victory for Eddie Howes side.
Newcastle had also beaten the Gunners 2-0 in the first leg at the Emirates Stadium last month.
This has shone a massive spotlight on the toothlessness of Arsenal's forward players compared to what we're seeing at the other end of the pitch, Neville said on Sky Sports' commentary of the Newcastle vs Arsenal tie.
