Cameroon will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start under Marc Brys when they host Namibia in a 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the Japoma Stadium on Saturday, September 7.

Brys was appointed head coach of the Indomitable Lions under a cloud and has encountered difficulties in his job due to a rocky relationship with Cameroonian Football Federation president Samuel Etoo.
The Belgian kicked off his tenure with a comprehensive 4-1 victory over Cape Verde and a 1-1 draw against Angola in June which kept Cameroon at the top of Group D in qualifying for the 2026 World Cup.
Rigobert Song had guided the Central African giants to the round of 16 at AFCON 2023, but he was sacked in February following a poor showing, having won just one of his four matches in Ivory Coast.
