Edo Queens suffered a 3-1 defeat against TP Mazembe of Democratic Republic of Congo in their 2024 CAF Womens Champions League semi-final game on Tuesday.
The Nigeria champions looked to be coasting home to a historic victory following Emem Essiens 65th minute strike.
It was Essiens third goal of the competition.
TP Mazembe then struck with the equalising goal on the dot of 90 minutes through Merveille Nanguji.
The game went into extra time with the scoreline locked at 1-1.
