Confederation of African Football (CAF)s executive committee is set to meet on Friday, June 21, 2024.
They are expected to discuss several issues including the dates of the upcoming 2024 Womens Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) and 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) finals.
Both tournaments will be hosted by Morocco and there were reports of the AFCON finals being pushed forward, and this raised questions.
CAF has now announced that a virtual executive committee meeting will be chaired by its President Patrice Motsepe as the leaders of African football deliberate on key matters.
