A bus driver lost control and drove through guardrails on Vanrynspass yesterday afternoon, killing 10 people, Cape {town} Etc reports.
The accident occurred around 5:20pm on the R27 between kilometre mark 37 and 38. Cape {town} Etc was informed that around 9pm, eight people were in critical condition, eight were hurt but not critical and nine lost their lives.
The death toll had increased to 10 by this morning.
About 42 people were passengers.
