The leader of Build One South Africa BOSA Mmusi Maimane has proposed a number of reforms to improve the countrys electoral system .
He has proposed a multi-member constituency system, a presidential election and a formalisation of coalition agreements.
This forms part of the partys submission to the Electoral Reform Consultation Panel.
The panel is conducting its work to hand-deliver the submission ahead of the 31 October deadline.
Maimane led scores of supporters to the Home Affairs Ministry Offices in Pretoria today.
