Newly-released camera video shows officers responding to the Interstate 95 overpass near the Golden Glades on Feb. 2 shortly after 42-year-old Shirlene Alcime jumped off the bridge, trying to end her own life.

Her 3-year-old twins were left for dead in her SUV, foaming at the mouth. They were rushed to the hospital and later pronounced dead, victims of a disturbing homicide.

Alcime pleaded not guilty to child neglect charges on Feb. 27. Now 43, she's since been charged with manslaughter .

In the videos from two responding officers, you can see them rushing down a hill, getting to Alcime near the railroad tracks, with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue also arriving at the scene.

In interviews with detectives, Alcime, of North Miami Beach, would not tell detectives what substances were given to the children.
