After an attack by fellow pupils at the Founders House boarding residence last week, a learner from Bishops Diocesan College was left hospitalised, Cape town Etc reports.

The Bishops pupil had been hospitalised for approximately two days, following the assault.

Tony Reeler, the principal of the school, confirmed that a disciplinary enquiry into the assault, has been concluded.

Since the incident, seven learners have been charged with breaching the schools code of conduct, confirmed Reeler.

The attack was allegedly orchestrated by two matric pupils who instructed a group of five boys to take action, reports News24 .
