Russian Premier League club FC Fakel Voronezh has released highly rated South African midfielder Thabo Cele from his current contract, citing health problems in his family.
As part of their mutual agreement, Cele can only play in South Africa until the end of his contract in June this year. This presents an opportunity for top local clubs to sign him.

With just a week left in the local transfer window, there is speculation that some of the top Premier Soccer League PSL sides may snap him up.
Cele has been previously linked to a move to Kaizer Chiefs , who are currently having another inconsistent season and are under pressure to strengthen their squad.
