Bellville Police Ask For Help To Identify Man Killed By Train
The Bellville South police have requested the help of the public to identify a man who was hit and killed by a train in Bellville, Cape Town.
Police spokesperson Joseph Swartbooi says the incident happened on Wednesday.
He says the man was declared dead on the scene.
Information reveals that Bellville South police responded to a complaint near Peter Barlow Drive. Upon arrival their attention was drawn to the railway tracks where they found the body of an unidentified man who was hit by an oncoming train travelling from Sarepta Station towards Bellville. The man was declared deceased on the scene by the medical personnel. The deceased was last seen wearing a blue jean and a blue and grey top.
