Manchester City midfielder, Rodri, is now expected to be announced as the 2024 Ballon dOr winner on Monday night.
According to The Athletic, Rodri will win it ahead of Real Madrids Vinicius Junior.
It is understood that Madrid became aware of this in the last few hours and are fuming with the organisers.
