The Thohoyandou Magistrates Court in Limpopo has postponed the bail hearing of two of the three siblings accused of killing two South African Municipal Workers Union SAMWU leaders, Timson Musetsho and Ronald Mani, to 12 December. The delay was due to the unavailability of the defense lawyer.
The two siblings, Simon and Ndivhuwo Radzuma, had their bail application granted two months ago based on new facts. The trio is facing 40 charges, including the murders of the SAMWU leaders.
During their previous court appearance, it was revealed that the Radzuma siblings were allegedly paid R150,000 for the killing of one of the SAMWU leaders. The case was postponed again after Advocate Ntsako Hlungwane, representing Ndivhuwo Radzuma, failed to appear in court.
