South Africas 2025 Africa Cup of Nations campaign has started with a narrow escape against Uganda.
Bafana Bafana, who finished third at the Nations Cup in Ivory Coast earlier this year, scored in the fifth minute of time added to secure a two-all draw with Uganda at the Orlando Stadium.
Bafana led 1-0 after a goal in the 14th minute by Lyle Foster.
The home side conceded two soft goals in two minutes early in the second half.
Uganda held the lead until Thalente Mbatha equalized in the 95th minute.
