Memorial Primary Care and Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital will host a Back-to-School Health Fair in Hollywood on Saturday.
School immunizations, vision and hearing screenings, and Broward County Schools Physical Examinations will be available at the Memorial Primary Care Center located at 4105 Pembroke Road in Hollywood on Aug. 3rd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The first 100 children are guaranteed to receive services.
Remaining children will be seen as time permits until 2 p.m. Immunizations and physicals are provided for Medicaid patients and children without health insurance, ages 4-7.
