The Sharks have officially confirmed Springbok captain Siya Kolisis long-awaited return home.
Kolisi will be welcomed in Durban after having spent time playing for the French Top 14 club Racing 92.
Siya Kolisi has extended his thanks to French club Racing 92 and the Sharks for facilitating the move.
The Springbok captain signed a 3-year contract with the French club last year but his relationship with club owner Jacky Lorenzetti was reportedly strained.
SARugby reports that Kolisi made 18 appearances for the club and faced public criticism from Lorenzetti. After Racing's loss to Bordeaux, Lorenzetti accused Kolisi of being out of shape and invisible.
