2023/2024 UEFA Europa League winners, Atalanta, have slammed a price tag on Super Eagles forward, Ademola Olajade Lookman, Soccernet.ng reports.
The 27-year-old has had a stellar year. Hes gone from reaching the AFCON 2023 final with Nigeria, to reaching the Coppa Italia final with his club side and then scored a hat-trick to seal the UEFA Europa League triumph for Atalanta.
Individually, Lookman is a frontrunner for the African Player of the year award after he was placed 14th in the 2024 Ballon dOr rankings.
His brilliance saw him linked with French Ligue 1 giants, Paris Saint-Germain, after Kylian Mbappe headed off to Real Madrid on a free transfer, but nothing concrete materialized.
The contract of the former Everton man with Atalanta expires in the summer of 2026, meaning he has just one more season left in the jerseys of La Dea .
