A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Zamfara State, Abdulahi Umar has questioned why the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP should clinch all the chairmanship and Councillorship positions in the State.
According to him, the PDP chairmen are only governing members of the party, and not everyone as they were not properly elected according to the Electoral Act.
We are waiting for general elections of 2027, to revolt against the PDP through the ballot box, he added.
You can see that even last Saturdays local government election, APC did not participate, but it scored more votes in all local government areas of the state
He explained that the APC failed in the 2023 general elections due to some cracks within the partys walls, saying that before 2027, everything must have been amended.
