Eminent Nigerians, on the platform of The Patriots, met with President Bola Tinubu at the State House, Abuja, on Friday and called for a peoples democratic constitution.
The Patriots also advised the President alongside the state governors to dialogue with the leaders of the ongoing protests in the country.
Also, they warned security agencies to avoid using lethal weapons on the protesters.
The leader of The Patriots, Chief Emeka Anyaoku, spoke to journalists after the meeting.
