Amorim Suggests He'll Pick 63-year-old Coach Over Rashford
Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has suggested that he would prefer to include his 63-year-old goalkeeping coach on the bench instead of Marcus Rashford due to concerns over the forwards work ethic.
The England international has not been in a matchday squad for United in six weeks and was omitted yet again for Sunday's 1-0 victory against Fulham in the Premier League.
With the transfer window set to close on February 3, Rashford's future remains uncertain, especially after Amorim criticised him for lacking the attitude of someone giving their all every day.
If things dont change, I will not change. Its the same situation for every player if you do the maximum and right things, we can use every player.
You can see on the bench we miss a bit of pace on the bench, but I would put Jorge Vital before a player who doesnt give the maximum every day.
