Alleged Underworld Figure Nafiz Modack Back In Court

Alleged underworld figure, Nafiz Modack , is expected to continue his testimony in the Western Cape High Court this morning.

Modack and 14 co-accused are facing over 100 charges. They include the murder of anti - gang unit detective Charl Kinnear .

Yesterday, Modacks defence counsel was taken to task for wanting to present inadmissible evidence.

The evidence his counsel had planned to present pertains to voice notes alleged to be between Modack and other people as well as photocopies of WhatsApp messages.

The documentation is also believed to include police-compiled reports .
