Allegations Against Ntshavheni Should Be Taken Seriously: Analyst
Political analyst Dr. Levy Ndou says corruption allegations against Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, should be taken seriously.
This comes as pressure mounts on President Cyril Ramaphosa to take action against her.
She is accused of allegedly benefitting from a R2.5 million tender while she was the manager in the Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality in Limpopo.
Ndou says, "The allegations against Minister Ntshavheni cannot just be taken lightly. Any matter that is corruption-related and especially among high-ranking politicians requires urgent attention."
Meanwhile, political analyst Sandile Swana has called on Ramaphosa to apply his mind when appointing ministers.
