All Systems Go For March In Support Of Kzn Police Commissioner

Organisers of a march in support of KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Police Commissioner, Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi say preparations are going according to plan.

Scores of people are expected to participate in the planned Hands off Mkhwanazi march set to take place on Friday.

Civil society groups, businesses and various unions are expected to participate.

IPID is probing Mkhwanazi after allegations from an anonymous complaint that he interfered with investigations against an official at a prison facility in KwaZulu-Natal.

One of the organisers, Vincent Mdunge says they have decided to intervene and raise sharp issues.
