TEMPE, Ariz. Cam Skattebo led Arizona State with 147 rushing yards and three touchdowns as the Sun Devils narrowly defeated BYU 28-23 on Saturday. Sam Leavitt contributed 247 passing yards, helping No. 21 Arizona State secure their fourth consecutive win.
The games final moments were chaotic, with Arizona State fans prematurely storming the field before officials cleared them for a last-second BYU Hail Mary attempt, which fell incomplete. Despite the confusion, second-year coach Kenny Dillingham emphasized the teams hard-fought victory.
