Ghanaian football powerhouse Asante Kotoko have parted ways with their head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.

The 47-year-old leaves Porcupine Warriors in fourth place in the Ghanaian Premier League GPL standings, having registered 13 wins, eight draws, and seven defeats.

Kotoko are record 25-time GPL title champions and two-time CAF Champions League winners and were adjudged the African club of the century by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics IFFHS.

Ogum, who is a Sports Psychologist and Educationist, was in his second stint as Kotokos coach, having guided the team to the 2021/22 GPL title.

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club has this afternoon parted company with Head Coach Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum, a club statement read .
