Former Super Eagles defender, Mobi Oparaku, is confident that the Confederation of African Football, CAF, will not sanction Nigeria over the cancelled 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Libya.
The Group D second leg clash was called off by CAF following the Eagles ordeal.
Libyan authorities diverted Nigerias flight to a remote airport, where they were denied food, water and Internet for over 18 hours.
Following the incident, the Super Eagles players decided not to go ahead with the game.
CAF eventually delisted the fixture and forwarded the matter to its disciplinary body.
